• These bird spikes are an ideal deterrent for pigeons and other larger birds so they are not able to gain a foothold and are forced to take their mess elsewhere.
• These spikes are totally human, by having blunt tips on the ends of each spike so they do not hurt the birds if and when they make contact.
• We only use stainless steel spikes that are fixed to a UV treated base. There are plastic spikes which are less expensive but we have found that easily damaged and can break down easily with UV exposure.
• Also stainless steel spikes are far less visible than plastic ones because they do not reflect sunlight and they attract far less dirt and they continue to remain tidy and unobtrusive over an extended period.
• There are many versions and brands of bird spikes on the market so it is very important that the correct bird spike is selected for the specific pest bird.
• Also careful consideration is required to be aware of the particular roosting habits of particular pest birds. We insist only supplying a quality product at an affordable price.
